Research on Vibration Simulation of Anode Saturable Reactor

As a significant device in converter valve, the anode saturable reactor is stimulated by a continuous high-frequency current, which will cause the vibration of the reactor. In this paper, a full-size model is established for vibration analysis. First, a vibration experiment is proceeded and the magnetostrictive and magnetization characteristic of the silicon steel sheet are measured. Second, a model is established for simulation calculation. Third, the experiment data and the simulation results are compared. The results indicate that the model can basically fit the experiment vibration.
