Analysis on the Transformation of Insulation Monitoring System for DC Power Supply in 500kV Substation

DC system is an important public system in substations, especially for 500kV main grid substations, providing protection power supply for the protection and safety automatic device of the whole station and stable operation power supply for the control system. With the increase of equipment operation years and the development of insulation monitoring technology, some insulation monitoring systems have frequent problems. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid, it is necessary to transform the insulation monitoring system of the DC system. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the insulation monitoring system, proposes an optimized ripple monitoring method based on the fast Fourier transform algorithm, optimizes the AC intrusion DC monitoring means and DC bus monitoring algorithm.
