Second Harmonic Current Suppression Applied for Single-Phase Converter of Hybrid System

The power decoupling-based method stands as an effective strategy for mitigating the second harmonic current in single-phase power electronic devices. To successfully curb the ingress of second harmonic power into these devices, the control strategy for the second harmonic current compensator becomes pivotal. In an effort to assess the efficacy of the second harmonic compensator within multi-cell hybrid systems, a compensator tailored for the fundamental double closed-loop control of fuel cell and battery hybrid systems is formulated. This method demonstrates commendable steady-state and dynamic performance, along with robust stability. The design process and simulation results presented in this article substantiate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
