Measurement of Capacity Payment Tariff for Coal-Fired Power Plants-Capacity Payment Mechanism for Coal-Fired Power Plants Based on Guaranteed Construction Cost Recovery Years

In recent years, with the accelerated construction of China's new power system

, the rapid expansion of new energy (wind power, photovoltaic) installed capacity, and the rapid increase in the proportion of new energy power, resulting in the poor return of traditional coal-fired power plants. This paper proposes a capacity payment tariff calculation method based on the fundamental principle of “ensuring that coal-fired power plants can recover construction costs within a reasonable period”, and verifies the validity of the method by taking a provincial power grid as an example.
