Development a Cheap Force Sensor Detecting Vibration Mode for UAV

An unmanned aerial vehicle is always subject to vibrations of different frequencies caused by aerodynamic forces or components such as engines, propellers. When the amplitude of these vibrations is large, the flying device can become uncontrollable, mechanical joints between parts become loose or destroyed. The determination of the frequency and amplitude of vibrations to determine the mode of vibration on the flying machine is presented in this article. The objective of the research was to build a force sensor that is cheap, efficient and easy to use. Through the analysis of the complex oscillations received from the sensor in the frequency domain to find the frequency of oscillation with the highest power, which is one of the applications of this detection early flutter. The research results show that this sensor works stably and accurately. The frequency and amplitude of the vibration are clearly evaluated.
