Blockchain Green Electricity Accounting Method for Full-Caliber Green Electricity Transactions

In the context of the low-carbon transformation of the power system, the green power trading market will be an important part of the national unified power market. With the participation of all kinds of trading subjects and the diversified green power demand on the user side, the current green power accounting method in green power trading needs further in-depth research in terms of improving flexibility and certification credibility, and it is urgent to extend the green power accounting method to meet the full-caliber green power trading demand and credible traceability certification method. To this end, the paper proposes a green power accounting method for green power transactions based on blockchain technology. By combining the ideas of “certificate and power unification” and “certificate and power separation”, a refined green power accounting method for green power transactions is designed to meet the demand for green power accounting in full-caliber green power transactions; meanwhile, from the perspective of blockchain technology, the green power accounting business involves the subject, type, smart contract and on-chain process. At the same time, from the perspective of blockchain technology, it designs the main body involved in green power accounting business, smart contract and on-chain process, eliminates the trust problem of transaction main body and realizes the automatic execution of green power accounting and credible traceability of green power environmental value.
