Baseline Load Calculation Method Based on User Participation in Demand Side Response in Power Market

The accurate calculation of baseline load is the basis for the implementation of demand side response. Based on multiple time scales, this paper uses a large number of power load data of users in different industries. Firstly, the mean square error and total average error of baseline load calculation results using weighted average method, quadratic exponential smoothing method and autoregressive moving average method at different time scales are compared. Secondly, the relative error method is used to determine whether the event day is a normal working day. Finally, the optimal calculation results are obtained by comparison. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and universality of baseline load calculation.
