Creation of a Data Array for the Task of Determining Ice Conditions in the Arctic Zone

This article discusses the issues of generating a data array to determine the ice situation in the Arctic zone. One data set proposes using radar imagery along with additional information characterizing ice conditions. As a result, a dataset was created that is ready to be used for training a neural network of the U-net architecture.
