Application of Fuzzy Neutrosophic Soft Matrix on Issues and Experiences of COVID-19

The major problem we face in real life is the uncertain nature of an issue. Many notions were given to solve the uncertain nature of the issues. Neutrosophic soft matrices play an important role in handling the indeterminate knowledge in the process of decision-making. This paper deals with the implementation of fuzzy neutrosophic soft matrix relations, component-wise einstein multiplication, and complementation to solve an issue on COVID-19 decision-making problem, and a score matrix is defined to come to a decision which describes the maximum score value to get the best result to come to better conclusion
