In-Car Breathalyzer Systems for Enhanced Road Safety Through SVM Classification and IoT Connectivity

Alcohol-impaired driving is a significant contributor to traffic accidents and deaths. Integrating in-car breathalyzer devices with Support Vector Machine (SVM) categorization and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity is the goal of this project to enhance road safety. By reliably detecting and classifying the driver's blood alcohol concentration (BAC) levels in realtime, this technology may successfully reduce the occurrence of drunk driving. A powerful SVM classifier sorts the user's BAC into known risk groups. In order to facilitate quick action by appropriate authorities in the event that it is necessary, the system's architecture makes use of IoT connections to feed categorized data to a central monitoring system. By integrating SVM with IoT, the BAC classification system provides efficient response systems. One promising approach to reduce the dangers of drunk driving and increasing road safety is the employment of in-car breathalyzers equipped with SVM and IoT connections.
