Smart Visage: A Face Recognition and Anti-Spoofing System

As technology advances, the demand for reliable and robust security systems becomes increasingly important. In recent years, AI-based algorithms have been employed to address a wide range of previously intractable issues. One area of focus in security research is the development of anti-spoofing systems, which manifest in various forms such as identity theft and email spoofing. These systems aim to prevent or detect fraudulent attempts to deceive security measures by spoofing, referring to the act of impersonating someone or something to gain unauthorized access or deceive a system. In this research, deep learning is utilized to analyze facial images for face detection and the integration of anti-spoofing measures. For model training, a diverse dataset is curated, featuring various real and spoof faces with versatile features to ensure effective identification of differences. This approach is expected to significantly enhance the security of systems.
