Research and Analysis of Emotional Needs of Silankapu Cultural Creation - Based on KANO Model and SPSS Analysis

Through the research of this project, we seek to establish a set of design methods for acquiring, analyzing and sequencing user needs, and apply them to the design practice of the Silankapu cultural creations, so as to effectively improve the satisfaction level of Silankapu cultural creations users. Firstly, the emotional needs of the consumers of Silankapu cultural creations are studied in depth, and based on this, the emotional needs of the consumers of Silankapu cultural creations are modeled from the three levels of instinctive layer, behavioral layer, and reflective layer. Second, based on the KANO model, a KANO questionnaire was prepared and distributed, and the constructed model of emotional needs of Silankappu cultural creations was subjected to KANO grading and importance ranking. This project integrates the theory of emotional design with the KANO model, realizes the acquisition, analysis and ranking of users' emotional needs, and achieves precise and quick ranking of users' emotional needs, provides directional guidance for the design of Silankapu cultural creations, and effectively improves the user experience of creative products.
