Efficient and Accurate Data Sharing Scheme Based on Proxy Re-Encryption

Amidst the growing adoption of cloud computing, an increasing number of users and data owners opt to entrust their data to either the cloud. Nonetheless, the direct transmission of data between these entities has prompted significant concerns regarding privacy and security. Numerous solutions have been proposed by researchers to tackle these issues. However, prevailing solutions still exhibit deficiencies in precise data sharing and operational efficiency. This paper introduces an efficient and secure solution tailored for fine-grained, precise data sharing to address these prevalent challenges. Our approach employs proxy re-encryption to manage fine-grained data sharing and security concerns. Additionally, it leverages the Cuckoo Filter to augment the speed of ciphertext retrieval on mobile terminals, thereby remedying the hurdles associated with precise data sharing and efficiency. We have implemented this solution using Java and conducted comparative analyses against existing methodologies. Our findings validate that our approach proficiently resolves the challenges pertaining to precise data sharing and efficiency concurrently.
