HoDs, for instance, can add and manage staff members with ease, which maximizes resource allocation within the department. On the other hand, staff members are able to watch over and mentor students, which fosters a collaborative learning environment. This interconnection fosters a comprehensive approach to academic management and improves communication channels. Administrators are essential to the system since they have the power to add and manage user accounts.
