Assessment of Health Behaviors in Coronary Artery Disease with Medical and Surgical Treatment

The things a person does to keep up a healthy lifestyle are known as health behaviours. They include maintaining a nutritious diet, engaging in physical activity, maintaining mental well-being, and engaging in behaviours that raise the risk of illness. Lifestyle modifications, excessive alcohol use, smoking, inactivity, stress, depression, and so forth are examples of these behaviours. A healthy lifestyle can help prevent Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), which is mostly related to lifestyle choices. People may adopt unhealthy lifestyles as a result of their fast-paced, modern existence. It is crucial to adopt any health-related behaviours during adolescence and early adulthood since they will carry over into maturity. This study evaluates health-related behaviours in patients receiving both medication and surgical therapy for coronary artery disease. Using the purposive sample technique, 60 samples were chosen for this assessment: 30 patients receiving medicinal treatment and 30 patients receiving surgical treatment. Each customer takes twenty minutes to complete. For additional data analysis, the gathered data were coded and imported into Excel. For data analysis, both inferential and descriptive statistics were employed.
