Tilapia Fish Feed Optimization in Aquaculture Using Descriptive Analysis

This research project aimed to establish a robust descriptive methodology aimed at identifying the most effective treatment amidst diverse dietary phosphorus supplementation in fish feed in Tilapia culture. A feeding trial for Nile Tilapia (0.5 $\pm 0.05 \mathrm{~g} / \mathrm{fish}$) stocked $100 / \mathrm{m}^{3}$ in indoor tanks $\left(500 \mathrm{~m}^{3}\right)$. The experimental group includes positive control (T1) and negative control (T2) without DCP containing $0.76 \%$ Phosphorus, T3-T7 were given the T2 diet with bacterial hybrid-6 phytase (Phosph $5000 \mathrm{~L}$) at $150,200,300,400$, and $500 \mathrm{~g} / \mathrm{MT}$ diets, corresponding to $750,1000,1500,2000$, and $2500 F T U / k g$ feed. Statistical equations were formulated to ascertain the most suitable treatment for each parameter, with results visually depicted using bar graphs for improved comprehension. Formulae were successfully deduced to address key parameters encompassing Dissolved Oxygen, Ammonia, Temperature, $\mathbf{p H}$, Growth, Carcass Nutrition Growth, Feed Conversion Ratio, Bone Nutrient Retention, Apparent Digestibility, and Fish Carcass. The amalgamation of these formulae into categorical assessments, specifically focusing on water quality, growth, and fish health, has yielded a comprehensive analytical approach. This integrated methodology ensures the practical applicability and precision of the derived formulae. This analytical approach empowers aquaculturists with the necessary information to optimize production practices, enhance fish health, and ensure the sustainability of Tilapia farming operations.
