Research on a Cross-platform Communication Situation Assessment Method Based on Specific Events*

With the increasing diversity of communication platform and the complexity of the communication modes, the lack of quantitative methods for policy evaluation enhanced the difficulty of evaluating the effects of issued policies and regulations. For the first time we proposed a cross-platform communication situation assessment method based on specific events, as well as a quantitative method to mining the identification and opinions of multi-stakeholder groups. Through the topic communication calculation of specific events, the grade evaluation and threat analysis of topic communication model parameters, a cross-platform communication situation assessment method based on specific events has been proposed. And we structured the model for evaluate the effectiveness of the issued network information policies, to realize the business application of specific policies. The experimental result indicates that our method can effectively evaluate the implementation of policies and regulations, as well as the the real reactions of the people. Through our method, it can provide reasonable opinions and suggestions for subsequent policy revisions.
