Blockchain Technology to Maintain Data Integrity: A Systematic Literature Review

Blockchain technology is a new technology that is becoming known after the presence of bitcoin. blockchain itself is now being implemented across various sectors. In this paper, we focus on blockchain technology in connection with digital data security. We have done a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to know the characteristics, benefits, and supporting technology that can be used for secure digital data so that can obtain comprehensive results. From a search done previously obtained a total of 101 papers which is then done criteria filter/inclusion. From 37 papers that have selected previously, there were 25 papers (67.6%) focused on security in blockchain, 2 papers (5.4%) focused on consistency and traceability), 1 paper (2.7%) focused on immutable, and 5 papers (8.1%) focused on flexibility of data extraction results has obtained before, in five years final namely 2018-2024 not yet there is papers which in a way special discuss use blockchain in guard digital data integrity in government. this technology is a breakthrough that has been found very useful in guarding digital data integrity. With the development of digital nowadays, the use of technology is becoming a very rapid matter which mandatory in all sectors but compared straight with crime and misuse of digital data.
