Optimizing HR Monolithic Systems to Modern HR Systems using Microservices Architecture

Human Recourse (HR) are a vital function of any organization because it manages the most valuable resource of the company. However, traditional HR systems are generally monolithic, complex, and inflexible, which penalizes their ability to adapt to changing business needs and employee expectations. In this paper, we have proposed a new approach to optimize HRs processes using microservice architecture. Microservices offer many benefits to modern HRs systems, such as scalability, flexibility, reliability, and security. We will provide a prototype of an HR system designed using microservice architecture. The prototype shows microservices facilitate rapid development, testing, and deployment of HRs system capable of meeting evolving organizational needs. Through rigorous testing and evaluation, the prototype demonstrated substantial improvements in delivery time, resource utilization, and system modularity compared to monolithic HRs systems, making this a promising option for modern HRs management in diverse organizational structures.
