In order to examine this matter, a comprehensive research has been undertaken to investigate the elements that motivate and impede the implementation of artificial intelligence and assess the preparedness of various businesses in integrating artificial intelligence and big data technologies into their respective organizational frameworks. In order to obtain valuable insights on the viewpoints of industry professionals about the influence of artificial intelligence on business models and interactions with consumers, a structured questionnaire consisting of closed-ended questions has been designed and disseminated among the participants. Furthermore, a comprehensive strategic study has been undertaken utilizing the SWOT framework.
