Magnetic Hysteresis Models for 3D Printed Composite Materials

In this work are presented magnetic hysteresis models for 3D printed composite materials. Fused Deposition Modeling 3D printing technology have been used. Composite material consists of polymer matrix with micro sized iron powder dispersed inside it. Composite samples are produced with variation of iron filled content and different micro fill patterns. The magnetization of these samples has been tested and single frequency hysteresis loops have been acquired. Measured magnetic hysteresis's data are used for parameter fitting for Jiles-Atherton and Stoner-Wohlfarth magnetic hysteresis models. The obtained results are useful for further modeling applications, implementation of 3D printed magnetic polymer composites and its predictive properties control.
