A Matlab Toolbox for Anhysteretic Magnetization Analysis

We present MagAnalyst, a user-friendly Matlab toolbox that simplifies the fitting process of anhysteretic magnetization curves using the Langevin-Weiss equation of state. This toolbox follows the framework proposed by Silveyra and Conde Garrido, allowing for the characterization of anisotropic materials using a negative Weiss' molecular field constant and the characterization of inhomogeneous materials through multicomponent magnetizations. Our work demonstrates that MagAnalyst can provide reliable and accurate solutions, while also enabling the retrieval of important quantities such as the anisotropy mean field and the induced anisotropy energy constant. By freely distributing this toolbox (https://github.com/matias-gonz/maganalyst/), we aim to offer a valuable resource for studying and understanding the magnetic properties of soft magnets, ultimately contributing to the development of advanced magnetic devices.
