Investigation of the Dynamic Magnetic Properties in RuO2/Co-Fe-B Stack Film

We present the research on the fabrication of RuO
2
and the change in dynamic magnetic properties of
$\text{RuO}_{2}/\text{Co-Fe-B}$
stack films with various Co-Fe-B thicknesses
$(t_{\text{CFB}})$
. The damping constant
$(\alpha)$
and effective magnetization
$(4\pi M_{\text{s,eff}})$
in these stacking films were evaluated by using the broadband ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) measurement technique.
$4\pi M_{\text{s,eff}}$
decreases with the decrease of
$t\text{CFB}$
, which might be attributed to the increase of the interfacial anisotropy energy.
$\alpha$
increases with the decrease of
$t\text{CFB}$
which might be attributed to contribution of the spin pumping, and/or the magnetic inhomogeneity in the stacking films.
