Improvement by PI-MPPT Control of the Efficiency of Double Rotor Wind Turbines

Solving the problems of generating electricity from traditional sources requires renewable energy sources which will be of great importance in the future because their use helps protect the environment from pollution and helps increase development human. Among the most important clean energies, wind energy is widely used with variable speed and constant frequency technology in wind energy conversion systems. In this research, we will study the control of the double rotor wind system during a change in wind intensity and speed. Concerning the current research on MPPT algorithm, the objective of this research is to improve the double rotor wind turbine system by proposing a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control in changing climatic conditions and make it operate in this better performances.
