Poincaré Map Identification of Alpazur Oscillator with Three States using SINDy Method

In this paper, we extend the Sparse Identification of Nonlinear Dynamics (SINDy) technique to identify the Poincaré maps of switched nonlinear systems and to investigate the behavior of their limit cycles. The proposed approach is an effective way for studying the stability of switched systems. Moreover, it can be used to stabilize switched systems and it can be adopted for wide range of applications in many domains from engineering to biology. The proposed method was applied to the Alpazur oscillator with three s and showed satisfactory results.
