Sliding Mode Control of WPGS based on PMSG

This paper aims to carry out a comparative study between the PI and sliding mode control SMC of the wind power generation system WPGS of permanent magnet synchronous generator PMSG. The classic PI control presents the problem of overshoot at start-up and the problem of robustness with respect to the parameters of the PMSG, to remedy this problem, we used the SMC which eliminated the overshoot at start-up and which can solve the problem of robustness.
