Research on the Impact of Transmission Price on Competition in Spot market

The transmission price is closely related to the Spot market price of electricity, and transmission prices need to form a synergy with spot prices to promote fairness and efficiency of market competition. In this paper, we propose absolute and relative indicators of unit generation yield to quantify the fairness of electricity spot market competition, and analyze the relationship between spot market efficiency and transmission price under short-term scales, which is verified through a simulation system. The impact of using different transmission price methods on the fairness and efficiency of spot market competition under different circumstances is derived.
