Design of AGV Controller Detection Device based on STM32

AGV controller as the control core of AGV, it is very important to ensure its high reliability and stability. The existing detection methods of AGV controller have obvious limitations, and often only rely on electronic measuring instruments for single module detection, which can not form an integrated detection of the controller. In order to solve this problem, a design scheme of AGV controller detection device based on STM32 MCU is proposed. The hardware design and test software development of the modules including power supply, main control, signal acquisition and output, communication and human-computer interaction are completed. The AGV controller modules can be tested rapidly and reliably in parallel by integrating software testing and hardware interface. The test results show that the detection device realizes the rapid and reliable detection of AGV controller, reduces the operation complexity, and significantly improves the detection speed and accuracy, which has broad application prospects.
