Research on Thermoelectric Technology for Converter Valves and Test of Energy Harvesting Module

As a key component of the converter valve, the reliability of the thyristor is related to the reliability of the power transmission system. Firstly, an analysis was conducted on the current status and requirements of thyristor temperature monitoring technology. Based on the analysis of the heat source characteristics of the converter valve and the thermoelectric energy harvesting technology, a thermoelectric module for the converter valve was designed, and its performance was evaluated. Finally, it was verified that its energy supply capacity can effectively support the current surface mounted converter valve temperature monitoring sensor work.
