Key Technologies Study on Digital Twin Platform for Comprehensive Utility Tunnel

Underground comprehensive utility tunnels are classified as large-scale integrated municipal infrastructure, providing a reliable method for optimizing urban planning and improving the construction process. Addressing the issues of complex multi-system tunnels, low transparency of on-site data, and inefficient monitoring and management during the construction and operation of underground comprehensive utility tunnels, this paper proposes a construction and operation platform for utility tunnels based on digital twin technology, and analyzes the key enabling technologies for constructing the digital twin of utility tunnels. Initially, the overall scheme of the platform is presented, designing a multi-service domain life-cycle function model and business function framework for the underground comprehensive utility tunnels. Based on the platform's function framework, two key enabling technologies are analyzed: three-dimensional visualization scenario construction for comprehensive facility, and business-constrained and data-driven operation of digital twin Finally, a prototype system of this platform of underground comprehensive utility tunnels based on digital twins was researched and developed, and preliminarily applied on the construction site, verifying the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
