Design and Implementation of Intelligent Petroleum Civil Explosive Design and Equipment Chain Management System

There are many problems in the existing perforation design system, such as long calculation time, unable to add the fixed gun type, unable to modify the design results, unable to use special equipment, lack of statistical analysis information function, low version and poor software compatibility. The paper introduces the Intelligent Petroleum Civil Explosive Design and Equipment Chain Management System. The technical route of software design and development process is introduced from the aspects of system framework design and development, digital perforation design algorithm development, equipment database construction and development. The experimental results of actual well conditions show that the software has significantly improved in design accuracy and running time.
