Research on The Quality Control System of Cold Chain Logistics for Agricultural Products Based on QFD and KANO Model

Based on the analysis of the current situation of quality control in agricultural cold chain logistics, a quality control system for agricultural cold chain logistics was constructed using quality function deployment technology based on customer demand. Starting from customer satisfaction, the KANO model is used to analyze customer demand and determine the importance of customer demand. Then, based on the analysis of the quality control elements in agricultural cold chain logistics, the mapping relationship between customer demand and logistics quality control elements is established. Finally, the importance ranking of logistics quality control elements is analyzed by mapping matrix to determine the improvement goals that need to focus on controlling elements. And the validity and feasibility of the method is verified by the empirical analysis on the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in specific enterprises.
