Multi-dimensional Data Fusion for Fault Prediction and Health Management System of Qingdao Metro

In the traction power supply system of urban rail transit, DC traction circuit breakers are mainly imported products, which are difficult to obtain service status, complicated fault mechanism and difficult to predict health status. The deterioration mechanism of key equipment of DC switchgear is not clear; The existing maintenance methods of DC traction power supply and transformation system are single, difficult to maintain and high cost. This paper takes Qingdao Metro as an example to study a DC traction power supply system health management system based on equipment health status, integrating DC circuit breaker online monitoring, fault diagnosis, life prediction and integrated protection device fault diagnosis, which can improve the autonomous and digital capabilities of urban rail industry, effectively improve the efficiency of urban rail transit and guarantee the operation safety of rail transit.
