Research on the Operational Indicator System of Electricity Retail Market Considering the Characteristics of Electricity Selling Entities

As China's electricity market reform continues to advance, more and more types of power sales entities have emerged in the retail market, and these entities have demonstrated unique market competitiveness due to their different organizational backgrounds and operational characteristics, which means that power sales entities will play an increasingly important role in the market. In addition, as an intermediary between the wholesale and retail markets, the inclusion of these entities in the operational assessment indicators of the retail electricity market provides a better feedback on the health of the market operation. Therefore, by analyzing the characteristics of electricity selling entities in different contexts, this paper proposes an operational indicator system for retail market, which can promote the development of competitive strategies of relevant electricity selling entities and provide theoretical support for the construction of information disclosure mechanism in retail market.
