Research on VDE-SAT Link Layer Communication Protocol

This paper studies the VDE-SAT link layer protocol, analyzes the constraints of slot mapping, and proposes a dynamic slot mapping configuration method based on evaluation function, which can meet the effective access of users with high and low priority and different traffic volumes, and improve the slot and channel utilization. The simulation results show that the time-slot mapping dynamic configuration method can meet the characteristics of uneven distribution of satellite communication services, and can better enhance the communication capability of the system.
