Research on Synchronization Control Strategy for Regulating System of Unit Type Flexo Printing Machine

The pressure regulating system of unit-type flexographic machines is fundamental to achieving high-fidelity printing, achieving the accuracy of the plate roller and anilox roller pressure regulating, and reducing the pressure regulating control error. In this paper, focusing on the twin-motor synchronous control strategy of flexographic machine pressure regulating system, A dual closed-loop vector control model based on PI-regulated permanent magnet synchronous motor is established, and the performance differences between common synchronous control strategies are analyzed and compared, and then a dual-motor synchronous control model based on cross-coupled and virtual spindle control strategies is constructed. Through the simulation research, compared with the cross-coupling synchronous control strategy, the virtual spindle control strategy has higher synchronous accuracy, strong anti-interference, and the overshooting amount is no more than 2%, which meets the requirements of dual-motor synchronous control of unit-type flexographic machine pressure regulating system.
