Distribution network source-network-load-storage collaborative operation under time of use electricity price

Under the dual carbon background, the construction of the power Internet of Things provides an opportunity for the coordinated operation of source network, load storage. With the widespread integration of multiple entities such as high proportion distributed energy and energy storage into the distribution network, a new form of multi-level coordination between the main and micro sectors has emerged. This paper takes the maximization of user economy in source network load storage as the objective function, and satisfies the normal operation of source network load storage users as the constraint condition to construct a collaborative economic operation method for user source network load storage. This model represents the comprehensive management and operation decision-making of the source-network-load- storage, and has been demonstrated and applied in Zhongda Electronics Co., Ltd. in Wujiang, Suzhou. The results show that the proposed model can represent the ability of the source-network-load-storage to respond to TOU price, effectively coordinate the planning of the main network, distributed power generation, and energy storage, determine user participation in demand side response plans, improve the economic efficiency of planning, and promote the consumption of new energy.
