Research and Design of an Intelligent Transfer System Based on Industrial Robot

With the rapid development of industrial automation, industrial robots have become increasingly widespread in production lines. Most existing transfer systems rely on traditional mechanical structures, which makes it difficult to achieve efficient and flexible material transfer. Based on this, this paper designs an intelligent transfer system based on industrial robots in combination with the actual needs of the production line. This transfer system includes industrial robot parts and intelligent transfer parts. Through experiments, it has been verified that the system can achieve rapid and accurate material transfer, improve the production efficiency and flexibility of the production line, and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the intelligent transfer system. This intelligent transfer system has good scalability and maintainability, providing strong support for the further development of industrial automation. It is of great significance for improving the automation and intelligence level of the production line.
