Study of the activity of the structural department of a gas transportation enterprise using methods of system analysis

The research pertaining to the department of organization of technical maintenance within a corporate entity dedicated to conveyance and provisioning of natural gas in the North-Western region of Russia is carried out. The objective of this study is to scrutinize a performance indicator within the department by employing diverse methodologies of system analysis, including forecasting, multidimensional correlation and regression analysis, expert assessment methods, simulation modeling, and a complete factorial experiment. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations were formed to optimize the main processes of the enterprise for the transportation and supply of natural gas in the Northwestern region of Russia.
