Road insecurity: towards the development of a new proactive strategy in Tunisia

This study presents a new strategy for road safety focusing on accidents in Tunisia. Utilizing both univariate and multivariate descriptive analyses, the research aims to comprehensively understand the patterns and factors contributing to road accidents. Through univariate analysis, the study examines the evolution of accident rates and mortality, while multivariate analysis, such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA), provides insights into the complex relationships between various variables related to road safety. By combining these analytical approaches, the study seeks to develop a proactive strategy that addresses the specific challenges of road safety in Tunisia, ultimately aiming to reduce accident rates and improve overall road safety conditions.
