Characteristics of Selected Software Tools for the Design of Augmented Reality Models

Currently, we can observe an increased interest in applications and technologies using augmented reality. We are moving from traditional practices and tools to new environments, taking model creation to the next level. In this context, the selection of appropriate software tools that enable export to the augmented reality environment becomes a key factor. This paper is devoted to a brief description of selected software tools intended for the design of such models. We will focus on features that facilitate the design, visualization and implementation of augmented reality models. The Unity and Vuforia platform will be used as the basic environment.
