Strengthening Airline Communication Network Security: A Zero-Trust Model with Blockchainbased Identity Storage and Advanced Algorithms

It proposes a zero-trust paradigm, sophisticated algorithms, and blockchain-based identity storage as a revolutionary means of improving aircraft communication network security. The aviation industry's fast expansion and growing reliance on digital technologies for mission-critical operations necessitate a strong and secure network infrastructure. New cybersecurity threats, however, have exposed the weaknesses in the current security systems. In order to resolve this problem, we suggest a zero-trust model that, regardless of the user's device or location, verifies each access request, so doing away with the idea of implicit trust in the network. To guarantee the secrecy and integrity of communication channels, this design integrates user identity, authorization, and encryption techniques. We also employ blockchain technology to securely preserve and retain user identities by doing away with the requirement for centralized identity servers and lowering the risk of fraud or identity theft. We fortify our system's defenses against complex attacks by employing state-of-the-art technologies, such as machine learning and anomaly detection, to continually monitor network traffic and identify anomalous or suspicious activities in real-time. Our suggested solution is to create a solid and secure foundation for airline communication networks in order to protect sensitive data and guarantee the continuous provision of airline services. Our study's primary focus is on the value of network security to the aviation industry.
