Evaluation of EI and its Impact in Management of Stress

This research evaluate the impact of Emotional Intelligence (EI) on the management of stress among All Set Business Solutions (ANS) employees. This study is conducted by collecting information from the employees in the organization by means of prepared questionnaires containing various factors like Self-awareness, Self-motivation, Self-control and Adaptability and Commitment and Empathy and Work Stress. Both primary and secondary methods used to collect data for the study. A structured questionnaire used to collect primary data from employees. Secondary data is collected through company website, journal and internet. Various views of different respondents were collected in the survey. The survey was conducted on 101 respondents and the collected data was analyzed using various statistical tools.
