Study on Speed Loop Improvement Strategy Based on the Fusion of Repetitive Controller and Negative Feedback

Motor-driven actuator is a new type of actuator that uses permanent magnet synchronous motor to directly drive the high-voltage circuit breaker to realize the opening and closing operation. During the working process, the opening and closing of the high-voltage circuit breaker can be realized by controlling the forward and reverse rotations of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, which belongs to a kind of cyclic motion under special working conditions. Aiming at the problems of tracking accuracy of the speed loop and load disturbance during the opening and closing process, a speed loop improvement strategy based on the fusion of repetitive controller and negative feedback (RC-NFB) is proposed, which realizes high-precision tracking of the periodic signals and reduces the dynamic process time by introducing a repetitive controller and a negative feedback controller in the speed loop, and at the same time ensures the stability and robustness of the system. The effectiveness and superiority are simulated and verified. Compared with the classical PI controller, the overshoot can be reduced to within 0.27% with the velocity loop improvement strategy, and the steady state error is smaller and can be kept within 0.2%.
