Control of Electric Actuator with Zynq 7000 and Model Based Design

This paper presents the design and control scheme of the aviation electric actuator system. First, the mathematical model of the loading system and the servo actuator system is established, and the test platform is built based on PMSM, electric cylinder and elastic load; After that, the model-based design (MBD) is adopted to implement the three closed-loop loading control scheme on the Zynq-7000 platform to improve the system characteristics and control accuracy. The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the design scheme in this paper.
