An Expandable DC-DC Boost Converter with Single-switch and High-gain

In this paper, a novel topology based elementary circuit of P/O super-lift Luo-converter is proposed. By taking advantage of the characteristics of parallel charging and series discharge of inductors and capacitors, it can achieve higher gain under the same duty cycle with fewer components compared with the same order Luo-converters. Meanwhile, the introduced converter has a simple structure, easy control and small output voltage ripple. Finally, the simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
