Active Disturbance Rejection Control Based Deadbeat Predictive Current Controller for CSI-Fed SPMSM Systems

As the development of wide-bandgap (WBG) power switches, current-source inverter (CSI) attracts widespread attention from scholars, which presents promising advantages for operations at high frequency and high temperatures. However, the high-order nonlinear mode, the digital delay, and the cross-coupling bring great challenges to high-performance controller design. An active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) strategy is proposed in this article. On that basis, deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) is introduced to solve the problem of digital delay. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy are demonstrated by simulation.
