Research on High-Frequency Link Matrix Inverter Based on Model Predictive Control

This paper aims to verify the feasibility of model predictive control in high-frequency link matrix inverter (HFLMI) control. Compared with the traditional inverter, the HFLMI has more bidirectional switches and more complex structure and control logic, so the idea of de- re-coupling is introduced. So as to realize the coordination of the switching state of the front and rear stages. In view of the situation that the peak voltage is generated due to the mismatch of the suppression current or the switching between non-zero vectors during the switching state transition, the traditional SVPWM strategy is improved to eliminate the influence of the peak voltage. In this paper, the applicability and correctness of model predictive control in HFLMI are verified by Matlab simulation. In contrast, the control strategy introduced in this paper reduces the amount of calculation and provides an efficient and stable method for HFLMI control.
