Evaluation of Impedance of Glucose Solutions Using the Analog Discovery Board

This paper investigates the feasibility of using an impedance analyzer as an approach for assessing the impedance of glucose solutions of different concentrations. Impedance analyzers offer the potential to measure electrical impedance changes in biological samples, which can be correlated with glucose concentration. This study uses the Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS) technique in the Analog Discovery 2 device to accurately measure the impedance of different blood glucose concentrations. By exploring this technique, we aim to contribute to the development of more user-friendly and convenient glucose monitoring solutions.
