Towards the Hybrid Transformation of University Teaching: A Hyflex Experience in Teacher Education

This paper presents an experience in higher education where a hybrid and flexible methodology (Hyflex) is implemented. Unlike other models, this experience combined face-to-face classes with asynchronous activities in a virtual classroom. The flexibility allowed students to choose between customized projects and more traditional study units. The results showed high satisfaction and positive evaluation from the students, along with high academic performance, regardless of the selected learning path.
